This is a documentary about a serial killer who would kill the people in the most unusual way for very invalid reason ever found in history. He is a comprehensive serial killer, he loved the concept of killing, he would do it again. He would bind their victims up, torture them, and then he would kill them. Police found drops of semen in the killing scene, the reasons became clear that he wanted to kill people to satisfy his sexual desires. HOW WEIRD. He would pay with police, sending them letters of description of the victims, he would disappear and reappear after decades!
